Zentabi Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of Zentabi at https://www.zentabi.jp.

Zentabi is operated by Tetsuya Hinata, a sole proprietor in Japan trading as smart infini ("Zentabi," "smart infini," "we," "us," or "our").

By using Zentabi, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Zentabi Provides

Zentabi is a travel inspiration and itinerary suggestion service.

You select a travel style. Zentabi selects one of Japan's 47 prefectures using program logic and uses AI to generate a suggested itinerary.

The itinerary and related suggestions are generated with AI.

Zentabi does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, safety, availability, legality, or suitability of generated information.

You must verify important information with official or current sources before booking, purchasing, or traveling.

4. Information That Must Be Verified

You are responsible for verifying information including:

Generated cost information is an approximate planning estimate only. It is not a quotation, live price, or guarantee of the final cost.

5. Your Travel Decisions

You are solely responsible for deciding:

Zentabi does not guarantee that you will enjoy a destination or that a generated itinerary will meet your preferences.

6. Third-Party Services

Zentabi may provide links to independent third-party websites, including accommodation, activity, booking, map, tourism, and transportation services.

Those services are not operated or controlled by Zentabi.

Any booking, payment, contract, modification, cancellation, refund, dispute, or personal-data processing takes place directly between you and the relevant third party.

The third party's own terms, privacy policies, prices, availability, cancellation rules, and service conditions apply.

Zentabi cannot access, modify, or cancel a booking made with a third party.

7. Affiliate Links

The current version of Zentabi does not use affiliate tracking identifiers.

If affiliate links are introduced in the future:

Zentabi may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, changed, or discontinued without notice.

The service is not directed to children under 16.

If you are under the age at which you can independently enter contracts in your country, you should use third-party booking or payment services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

11. Intellectual Property

The Zentabi name, branding, site design, original text, software, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to smart infini, except where otherwise stated.

You may use generated itineraries for personal travel planning.

You may not reproduce, operate, resell, or present Zentabi itself as your own service without permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, maps, content, and services belong to their respective owners.

12. Privacy

Our processing of information is described in the Zentabi Privacy Policy.

Optional analytics are used only after consent.

Essential browser storage and technical security processing may still be used to operate and protect the service.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zentabi is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no warranty that:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, smart infini and Zentabi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from or related to:

The updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent legally permitted, the Tokyo District Court will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to Zentabi.

If mandatory consumer protection law in your country applies and cannot lawfully be excluded, that law and any mandatory jurisdiction rights remain unaffected.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
